设计总监应聘条件：全日制院校建筑学/城市规划专业本科以上学历；8年及以上的设计工作经验，3年以上的项目管理经验和设计管理经验；主持或参与过大型工程项目设计，熟悉建筑/城市规划设计行业法规及规范；一级注册建筑师优先。具有较强的方案及建筑扩大初步设计能力，擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求；敬业负责、善于沟通协调，具有良好的团队合作精神和分析问题、解决问题的能力；具备一定的统筹拓展业务与谈判能力，诚信稳重，善于应变，综合素质佳；

Chief Architect/ Urban PlannerQualifications and Key Skills:Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field；5 years or above experience of architectural design； experience in design institute or Class A architectural design institute is an advantage；Professional ability of architectural design skills, and through technical knowledge and understanding of national building codes and standard architectural and urban design practices, 1RA—PRC is preferred.；Strong practice ability of large and medium-sized residential or public building, and able to better grasp the design requirements of the owners；Good communication & interpersonal skills
主任建筑师应聘条件：全日制院校建筑学专业本科以上学历；5年及以上的建筑设计工作经验，有甲级建筑设计院或知名设计机构工作经历者优先；专业能力强，熟悉国家及上海规范，一级注册建筑师优先；有大型住宅小区及中大型公建项目方案及建筑扩大初步设计经验，能较好的把握业主的设计要求；有良好的沟通、表达、协调能力。

Architect/ Urban PlannerQualifications and Key Skills:Bachelor degree or above in architecture, urban planning or related field；Min. 1 year experience；Strong creative ability, conceptual creation and graphic representation skills；Strong responsibility & team working spirit，good communication & interpersonal skills；Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other software, fluent English is preferred.
建筑师/规划师应聘条件：全日制院校建筑学/城市规划专业本科以上学历；1年及以上建筑设计或城市规划设计工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；有浓厚的创新意识，良好的设计理念和较强的方案设计及手绘表现能力，徒手表达能力强者为佳；有极强的敬业精神、责任心以及团队合作精神，有较强的沟通协调能力；熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp等软件，英文熟练者尤佳。

Assistant Architect/ Assistant Urban PlannerQualifications and Key Skills:Bachelor degree or above in architecture, urban planning or related field； Min. 1 year experience, outstanding graduating students are taken into consideration；Strong responsibility & team working spirit，good communication & interpersonal skills；Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other software, fluent English is preferred.
实习生应聘条件：知名院校建筑学／城市规划专业；有较强的方案设计能力及手绘表现能力和创新思维；熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp等软件；有较好的团队合作精神。

Foreign Architect /Foreign Urban PlannerQualifications and Key Skills:Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field；Bachelor degree or above in urban planning or related field；Min. 1 year experience； Strong responsibility & team working spirit，good communication & interpersonal skills；Strong creative ability, conceptual creation and graphic representation skills, able to better grasp the design requirements of the owners；Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other software, fluent Chinese is preferred.
外籍建筑设计师/外籍规划设计师建筑学、城市规划专业本科以上学历；1年及以上的设计工作经验；有较强的敬业精神、责任心以及团队合作精神，有较强的沟通协调能力；具有较强的方案创作能力及手绘表现能力，能较好的把握业主的设计要求；熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp 、Photoshop等软件，会中文者尤佳。
