StevenHoll Architects is seeking to fill several positions with talented architectsto work in our Beijing office.
SeniorArchitect
Requirements:
Candidatesshould possess a high degree of design sensibility, have 8+ years of solid workexperience in construction documents, project detailing, facade and structuralconsultant management, site supervision and must have been involved in thecomplete process of sophisticated and high-quality building projects.
Candidatesshould possess good communication skills and have demonstrated technical andmanagement experience with large scale projects.
Familiarwith architectural design and construction practice in China as well as localbuilding code and regulations.
Proficiencyin Chinese and English languages are a must.
Proficiencyrequired in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 3D Studio, Max/Viz and Rhinoare a plus.
Qualifiedcandidates should submit, by email, Chinese and English resume and workportfolio that represent your professional and academic Architecturework. Junior/ Intermediate Level Architect
Requirements:
Candidatesshould possess a high degree of design sensibility, have 3-5 years ofexperience, possess good communication and graphic skills.
Experienceson design development phase is a plus.
Proficiencyrequired in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCAD, Rhinoceros,Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign etc
Proficiencyin English is mandatory and Mandarin language is a strong plus.
Qualifiedcandidates should submit, by email, Chinese and English resume or curriculumvita along with at least (5) excerpts that best represent your professional andacademic Architecture work. Intern Architect
Requirements:
AccreditedDegree in Architecture (5 year program) or graduate students
Designoriented and highly self-motivated
Proficientin AutoCAD, Sketch-up/Rhino, Illustrator, In Design etc
Bilingualin English and Chinese preferred.
