On the "head" side, we implemented a "narrow street" loop as a common denominator, distributing all active local vehicular and pedestrian traffic, shops, and restaurants and aiming at excitement, with multi-colored electronic banners visible at all times of the day, comparable to the most active and dense street life of the best world cities. It is simultaneously shaded, protected from rain, and well lit both day and night.

格式上有几点需要注意：

1、标题是否得当。建筑名称——建筑特色（by 设计者）

2、文章中第一段出现了“我们”，这个一定要注释清楚，“我们”到底是谁？

3、可能楼主还不清楚tschumi是谁，tschumi可是在建筑界大名鼎鼎的屈米，全名纳伯德·屈米。屈米是解构主义的先锋人物与重要实践者。

4、楼主的图片似乎通过截屏得来的，前面几张出现了很影响美观与专业性的横边或者竖边。

5、段落、图片互相之间一定要空行。且图片编排较为混乱。

如果楼主不是翻译者，想必看完这篇文章，会有一个很重要的疑惑，这个建筑到底是谁设计的，这个建筑到底在哪里？
